Универсальный шаблон сварщика УШС-2 (катетомер) предназначен для контроля катетов угловых швов сварных соединений в диапазоне 4-14 мм при проведении визуального и измерительного контроля. Контроль УШС-2 производится ступенчатым методом, до выявления минимального зазора. Шаблон УШС-2 состоит из 3 лепестков с катетами 4 и 14 мм; 8 и 10 мм; 6 и 12 мм. Каждая пластинка лепесток имеет 2 выемки определенной величины катета, при этом, каждая из таких выемок промаркирована в соответствии с величиной радиуса катета шва. Контроль катета сварного шва производится путем последовательного соприкосновения (подбора) лепестков с соединенными сваркой деталями. Размер считается установленным, если длинная сторона лепестка и перемычка между катетами лепестка, прилегают к детали без видимого зазора, а зазор между дугами лепестка и шва является минимальным. При несовпадении ни с одной ступенью размеров в указанном диапазоне, значение катета шва определяется опытным путем.

Description:
