Water Activity Meter

Portable water activity meter, abbr. Aw, measures the water activity of solid (powder, granular, block), liquid and pasty samples. It mainly reflects the effective water content in food under equilibrium state, the stability of food and the possibility of microbial reproduction, as well as the chemical, enzymatic and physical changes that can cause changes in food quality. It is often used to measure the ability of microorganisms to tolerate dryness It is mainly used for the effective moisture that microorganisms can use or participate in chemical reactions in the reaction equilibrium state, product stability and microbial reproduction ability. Widely used in food processing, feed production, chemical and pharmaceutical, scientific research, greenhouse cultivation,  experiments and other occasions.
